Our team will take care of the entire process from getting the damage appraised to coordinating pickup once work is complete. We give you less to worry about and free you up, giving you more time to do the things you love.
At Howard Orloff Imports, we work with carefully selected body shops to meet our customers' needs. These body shops have years of experience working on Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, and all high-end European luxury automobiles. They've been chosen for their commitment to excellence and impeccable workmanship.
As a convenience to our customers, we offer on-site estimates Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm; however, appointments are preferred. For repairs, you can simply entrust your vehicle to us, grab a rental car, which are available on site, and we'll take it from there. When your vehicle is completely repaired, it will be returned to you here at Howard Orloff Imports.
Whenever possible, we use original manufacturer's parts on all automobiles, and though repairs are done outside the dealership at our specially selected body shops, we take full responsibility for the finished product. We care about your vehicle just as much as you do.
We work with most major insurance companies to better serve your needs, and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal checks.
Our shops are certified by Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover for complex structural repairs, including aluminum, as certain repairs can only be performed by manufacturer-sponsored certified shops. If you choose a shop that is not certified to repair your vehicle, you may find out that they cannot acquire necessary parts to complete or even start repairs. This is very important to know before you trust your vehicle to a non-certified facility.
